Honorary Representative to the Dominion of Canada

Lord Ottawa joined Baustralia in January 2021 when he commissioned into the Royal Rifles at the rank of Lieutenant, eventually becoming the regiment's Deputy Commanding Officer. In 2022, he reformed the Duke of Whyalla's Royal Baustralian Regiment as Baustralia's first highland regiment, and was promoted to Colonel. In October of 2022, Lord Ottawa was created Marquess of Ottawa, marking his entrance to Baustralian politics with his sitting as member of the Liberal Party in the House of Lords until that house's dissolution in March 2025. Ottawa then ran for the new unicameral Baustralian Parliament in the following election, and was elected as an MP for New Texas. Lord Ottawa also stood for election to the House of Commons of Canada in the 45th Canadian federal election, running in the riding of Ottawa South as a candidate for the Rhinoceros Party.
