Steve, the 2nd Duke of Cascadia joined Baustralia with his family, including his son and co-founder Lord John Timpson who was then the Duke of Cascadia. He was a priest of the Anglican Communion, and later joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a chaplain. He left the Anglican Church of Canada for the Anglican Network in Canada to found the Saint James Anglican Fellowship, and has been the rector there ever since. Timpson has spent time in Africa, and was made a Canon at the Cathedral Church of Saint Luke, Tarime, Tanzania. About five months after joining Baustralia, his son, the Duke of Cascadia, gave up the title to continue service in the House of Commons, and a special order of the Crown allowed the title to be transferred to Steve instead of remaining in abayence. His son-in-law was ennobled, and a subsidiary title was severed for his younger son with plans for Lord John to be ennobled at a later point, effectively securing a title for each of his children, with the Duke of Cascadia title going to his eldest son. When the Baustralian Armed Forces were created, Timpson took up the position of Chaplain General of the Forces, a position which he holds today. A second state office was formed, Lord Chaplain General, after the 2025 Statute Reform Act, of which he was the first and current holder, which was seperate from the armed forces. Timpson is happily married to Marilou, and they share a daughter, Shannon, the Baroness Pasternak, and threee sons: Chris, Earl Holderton; Matthew, the 1st Viscount Timpson; and John, the 1st Duke of Holderton.
